thrashers vs. preditors the day after thanksgiving. the thrashers lost in overtime but we had a blast none the less.

field trip!

Took a field trip with Emma's class today to the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center. Pretty nice nature center and interpretive hiking trails. The center is focused primarily on water issues but they did an good job of creating hands-on activity centers and nature trails.

fall weather in georgia! it's been cool and crisp and the leaves are turning fantastic colors. it's a great contrast to have actual seasons and fall is the best IMHO.
